We have decided not to include Easter
Baskets in our line for Easter 2008. In the past, we have purchased our
baskets from three companies, all of whom bring their baskets into the
United States from the Peoples Republic of China. These companies supply
most of the large US retail outlets. We have elected not to carry any
editable items that are manufactured in China. We are sincerely sorry
for the inconvenience this decision may cause you but given the recent
problems coming to light regarding Chinese products, we didn’t want our
customers to be subjected to criticism for giving the children of their
community products that might be the slightest bit questionable. Thank
you for your understanding.
