Although, as our name indicates, we started out serving primarily municipalities, we currently supply our products to church groups, civic associations, military bases, and private corporations worldwide. Below are answers to frequently asked questions (faq's), but here are a few quick notes: --All the prices you see in our site include continental USA shipping by UPS. There are no surprise shipping fees or 'handling' fees for orders shipping by UPS within the continental USA. Orders shipped outside the mainland US, or by methods other than standard UPS, will be charged additional shipping costs. FAQs When will you ship the products we've ordered? All orders will ship within 72 hours If you have special requirements, or need rapid service, give us a call and we'll help work it out..What are your shipping charges and your handling charges? That's an easy one..... FREE!! That's right, orders shipped by UPS within the continental US are not charged shipping or handling charges. Can products be shipped outside the United States? Yes, we do ship internationally. Give us a call or email us and we can go over the specifics, extra charges will apply. Do you ship to APO boxes? Sure, we do quite often. These shipments can not go via UPS and hence are subject to additional shipping costs. Is sales tax charged by Municipal Toy Company? Municipal Toy operates out of New Jersey, so NJ orders are subject to sales tax. If you're ordering for a not-for-profit group, please indicate on the order form. Our customer service department may contact you for a tax exempt number. Can I order less than a full case of an item? Most of our orders are from larger groups for which case lots are applicable. We unfortunately can not break up case lots. Is my credit card information secure when I order from Municipal Toy That's a great question; particularly today with so many 'unknown' websites populating the internet.
